Elucidation of the anti-lung cancer mechanism of Juan-Liu-San-Jie prescription based on network pharmacology and experimental validation

Lung cancer is a malignancy characterized by high morbidity and mortality, with lung adenocarcinoma being the most prevalent subtype. Our preliminary studies have demonstrated that Juan-Liu-San-Jie (JLSJ) prescription, Traditional Chinese Medicine possesses anti-lung properties. However, molecular mechanism underlying therapeutic effects of JLSJ prescription for remains incompletely elucidated. To address knowledge gap, present study employed network pharmacology to identify potential targets.
